RIP: Knack singer dies, Aged 57

Doug Fieger

The Detroit News has reported that Doug Fieger, lead singer of The Knack has lost his battle with cancer at the age of 57.

Fieger’s brother confirmed the singer’s death today.

American band The Knack were best known for their 1979 hit ‘My Sharona’.

Fieger’s family is expected to release a statement later today.
