Operator Please pull on their Gloves

The barely legal Operator Please, return with their long awaited sophomore album ‘Gloves’ on Friday April 23.

The band has spent the past 12 months pottering over a record that was largely self produced at a Byron Bay farm and in Amandah Wilkinson’s Gold Coast lounge room.

Lead singer Amandah says, “The album is the perfect representation for where we are at right now. It has all the experiences and growth from touring, seeing places and discovering the new; encompassed into about 35 minutes of songs.”

In a ‘man, we’re all about the music’ move, Operator Please chose to upload the album’s lead single ‘Logic’ to Myspace two weeks ahead of radio & digital service. It was promptly picked up by the trips.

Operator Please are offering fans a free MP3 download of ‘Logic’ from their official website until February 15.

Fans will also have the option of pre-ordering an exclusive version of ‘Gloves’ which, for the super keen, includes a cassette mix tape of Operator Please demos, remixes and acoustic track
